2. Placing an Order

By completing checkout, you are making an offer to purchase products from us. You will receive an order confirmation by email. Our acceptance occurs when we dispatch your order, at which point a binding contract is formed.

c) There is a pricing or product description error.
d) You do not meet our eligibility criteria.
e) The delivery address is outside the United Kingdom.

3. Pricing

All prices are shown in GBP. Any delivery or additional charges will be shown at checkout. We review our pricing periodically and reserve the right to adjust at any time.

4. Delivery

We deliver to the UK addresses you provide at checkout. Please ensure details are correct as we are not responsible for non-delivery due to incorrect information.

While we aim for prompt delivery, we cannot guarantee specific dates unless you select a guaranteed service. We are not liable for delays caused by our courier partners. Orders cannot be cancelled once placed, but may be returned in line with our Returns Policy.

Some remote locations may require additional delivery charges. If your order has not arrived within 14 days of dispatch, please contact support@prettybeast.co.uk within that period.

5. Cancellations & Returns

You may cancel your order within 30 minutes of placing it by emailing us. You have the legal right to return non-personalised items within 30 days of delivery.

You cannot return:

• Personalised, customised, or made-to-order products (including all printed apparel).

• Items that are not in their original condition.

• Products where incorrect size or spelling was selected by you.

If we made an error or the item is faulty, we will offer a replacement or full refund, including return postage. For unwanted items, return postage is your responsibility.

6. Discounts

Discount codes must be applied at checkout. Refunds for returned discounted items will be adjusted to reflect the revised order value.

7. Intellectual Property & Use of Website

All content, graphics, and imagery on this Website are owned by Pretty Beast Ltd or used under licence. You may view and print content for personal, non-commercial use only. No part of this Website may be copied, reproduced, or used for commercial purposes without our written consent.
